Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mukhtiar Neger can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: To the Neger Family,

Although I didn't know Mukhtiar well, I know Balwant, Shorty, & Baggy. I know them to be honest, men of their word, and good friends, I have had many good times with over the years. I believe the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, so I feel like I know their father was similar in character. The tributes to him were wonderful. It would be my prayer that his passing draws the family even closer together.
